1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or operating the HestiaOS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are operating an account on behalf of an estate organization or family office, you represent that you hold proper authorization.
2. Authorized Use & Account Roles
HestiaOS grants you a non-exclusive license to coordinate household maintenance, staff scheduling, contractor oversight, and operational expense tracking. You agree to safeguard team login credentials and ensure invitation tokens are delivered only to verified personnel.
3. Subscription Tiers & Billing
Subscription plans (Starter, Estate Manager, Multi-Property, Family Office) are billed on monthly or annual cycles according to the published pricing schedule. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time prior to renewal.
4. Service Availability & Support
We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for estate operations console access, backed by continuous monitoring, automated backups, and encrypted storage failovers.
